Not only do we have an excellent core group, but we also have developed relationships with other designers, programmers and consultants in the industry that we are able to pull in for projects when needed. This gives our company great versatility as to what we can produce - no matter the project scope or size.

Being the wife of one of the owners, Crystal has a passion for keeping Joppa in proper working order. She brings to the table much enthusiasm, dedication and a desire to excel. Crystal spends her time at Joppa deeply entrenched in the inner workings of QuickBooks, making sure employees are paid and clients are “in the know” regarding their billing status.
After attending Texas A&M (whoop!) and graduating from West Texas A&M University with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology, she spent numerous years working in the “animal industry” as a veterinarian technician and later, a microbiologist. While she very much enjoyed the day to day growing and identification of bacteria (gross!), Crystal left the corporate world in 2004 to stay at home and raise 2 beautiful little girls (bacteria is still a day to day occurrence.) In her spare time, Crystal likes to...... wait! She has no spare time.
